A short compo for the Ludum Dare 21 (theme: Escape).

I couldn’t participate to the whole 48h LD, so I decided to try to make a game in really short time (I had my Sunday free). So, this game was basically created in 9 hours (from Sunday 11:30am to 8:30pm).

I wanted to try to make something complete within one normal business day (8h), just to see what I can achieve, when I really commit to it.

Note : I’m sorry I didn’t have time to include the happy ending branch :) The assets where almost ready (they are in the PSD source file), but I was running short on time to include it… Maybe a later version ?

Sorry, XD. That's the first time I knew esc is the abbreviation of escape. Anyway, it's a good game.

Hi, the ESCAPE key doesn't work for you? You should be able to press ESCAPE (to "escape" current situation), or C (to continue)

I liked it, although it is a basic concept. You built your story graph quite well, re-using a lot of the parts und simulating more possibilities than there actually are.

I love it. Absolutely brilliant. You should try to expand the possibilities (more break points when to decide c or esc) but maybe you don't have the time. If I knew how to program I think I'll do it. It's deeper than it looks like, makes one think and smile but could be expanded with lots of scenarios and even more humor. Oh well sorry for wanting more. The awesome discovery you made here is that with only 2 choices you can make a very interesting game indeed. I imagine you expanding to 3 or 4 choices. There's something in this game. Something that begs to be developed (and it's not the graphics those are cool as they are). Think about it and if you think I could work on this, even not knowing nothing about programming (is it something that I could learn?) please tell me what I could do and I'll help you expand this super cool work of art. I got here via a Pirate Bay bundle that includes this game link. This was an awesome 8h business day. You'll never forget it. I'll come back to this game until I exaust all the possible choices. Many thanks for sharing this with the world.
