RPG Map is a tool I’ve built to make maps for my tabletop RPG sessions, with my friends. It’s born from the fact that most existing tools were either looking bad or were simply overly complex to use.
My approach is to make an easy to use tool to create beautiful maps quickly.
You can still access the old Flash-based version (source code available on GitHub)

Um… does "Import your own images or icons" mean I can import an image of my hand drawn rag map that I've been using for 30 years and edit/update/add details to it? Does anyone know?
I love this app, and had a lot of fun making my city, but I cannot save it for later use. Maybe I'm just dumb and clicking the wrong button, lol, but I'd still like some help.
For furniture you need to use the custom asset button and import your own. There are some available on the forum
im really looking for something i can do combat on discord and dndbeyond. so the players can see where they are in relation to monsters

Hello! I've come to say that this is probably the best app I've ever used for making maps. I genuinely love it so much.
This program has been a LIFECHANGER. Definitely my favorite way to make maps, and the ability to add custom assets makes it sooooo good!

I stumbled across this map editor by accident and it's amazing in it's simplicity. But it lacks one crucial feature and that to be able to draw walls at the grid lines. It should be as simple as just allow users to shift the grid the required amount of pixels.
Also a ruler, measuring tool is needed.
Fix this and you got an paying customer immediately.
